REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

Gift Card Issuance: Engage Jewels exclusively offers gift card issuance and does not facilitate payment reimbursements. Returns are accepted within 3 days from order delivery. To qualify for a return, the item must be in its original condition—unused, with attached tags, and in the original packaging with labels intact.

Expired Gift Cards: Expired gift cards are invalid for use, and no refunds or credits will be provided for expired card funds.

Gift Card Validity: Gift cards issued by Engage Jewels are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance.

Return Requirements: Items must be unused, with all tags attached, and returned in their original packaging including the invoice and packaging materials. The product should be free from scratches or damage.

Quality Check: Upon receiving return items, our quality assurance team will inspect them. Failure to meet our standards will result in the product being returned to you at your expense, without reimbursement.

Product Issues: In cases of damage, incorrect item, or sizing issues, a mandatory unboxing video is required. For sizing concerns, a video post-wearing the item must be provided.

Replacement Policy: Damaged or incorrect items can be replaced with the same product only if a post-unboxing video is submitted. If the item is out of stock, it may be substituted with an Engage Jewels gift card.

Non-Exchangeable Services: Gift wrapping services and sale items are non-exchangeable and non-returnable.

Product Information: Engage Jewels products are offered in one standard size specified in the product descriptions on our website.

 

Return Procedure:

Complete the Return Request form with your Order Number, Email ID/Mobile Number, reason for return, and product selection. Attach a relevant video/photo as per the reason provided.

Your request will be reviewed within 24 working hours. If approved, the return process will begin, taking approximately 7-8 working days for your order to reach our warehouse.

A gift card will be issued via email within 24 working hours upon receipt of the returned product, subject to quality check.

We will initiate the returns 7 working days  

Gift Card Usage: Engage Jewels gift cards can be applied during checkout on our website. Select the "Pay via Gift Card" option, enter the code received via email, and the corresponding amount will be deducted from your total payable amount.

Cancellation Policy: Once shipped, Engage Jewels cannot cancel COD and pre-paid orders.

REFUND POLICY

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please report it to our customer service team within 3 days of delivery. The request will be processed once the listed seller or merchant inspects and confirms the issue at their end.

If the product you receive does not match the description on the website or does not meet your expectations, please notify our customer service team within 3 days of receipt. Our team will review the complaint and take appropriate action.

For any missing or damaged products, the issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

A ₹80 return and reverse logistics fee is applicable for all returns.

For products covered under a manufacturer’s warranty, please contact the manufacturer directly for support.

If a refund is approved by Engage Jewels, it will be processed within 4 business days, and the amount will be credited to your account within 2 business days after completion of all formalities.
