ORDER PROCESSING

All orders placed by 3:00 PM, Monday through Saturday, will undergo processing on the same day. Orders received after this time or on Sundays and holidays will be processed on the subsequent business day.

DELIVERY LOCATIONS WITHIN INDIA

Engage Jewels ships products to most major cities across India using trusted courier services. We also extend our shipping services to many Tier-2 and Tier-3 cities and towns. However, due to the nature of our valuable merchandise, delivery to some remote locations may not be feasible.

We are committed to expanding our reach and optimizing delivery times. Updates on our service expansions and reduced delivery lead times will be communicated to our customers promptly.

DELIVERY TIME

Products are dispatched from our nearest warehouse within 3-5 business days of placing the order, depending on product availability. Following dispatch, delivery to customers typically takes an additional 2-6 business days, excluding the order placement day. Therefore, the total transit time for an order to reach the customer within India is estimated at 3-10 business days.
